Data collected

No registration is required to browse the storefront. The only personal data collected is what you enter yourself in the contact form or the order basket:

• your name
• your telephone number
• your e-mail address (optional)
• your delivery town or postcode
• the content of your order (products, packaging, quantities) and your message

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to process your request, call you back to confirm the price and time slot, organise delivery and issue the invoice. The processing is based on the pre-contractual steps taken at your request and then on the sales contract, and, for invoicing, on the seller's legal obligations.

Your contact details are not used for marketing without your consent and are never sold or passed on to third parties.

Transmission to the seller

The message composed on the storefront is sent to Woodora through the channel you choose: your e-mail client or WhatsApp. In both cases your own application sends the message; the storefront keeps no copy of it on its servers.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms, subject to its own privacy policy and liable to transfer data outside the European Union. If you prefer not to use it, choose e-mail or call the seller.

No banking data

This storefront offers no online payment: no banking data is entered, collected or stored on it. Payment is made directly to the seller, on delivery.

Retention period

Woodora keeps your contact details and the details of your order for the duration of the business relationship, then archives them for the period required by its accounting and tax obligations (in principle ten years for accounting records). A request that leads nowhere is deleted within a reasonable time.

Local storage and cookies

To work, the storefront saves a few pieces of information in your browser only; they are not sent to the seller or the platform until you send your order:

• the content of your basket and the delivery town you entered (browser local storage, kept until you clear them)
• the display language you chose ("vt_lang" cookie, kept for one year)

The storefront uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC): your browser then sends your IP address to Google's servers.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your data:

• right of access and rectification
• right to erasure
• right to object and to restriction of processing
• right to portability of the data you provided

To exercise them, write to woodora.shopi@gmail.com stating your name and the order concerned. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Processors

The storefront is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre), which accesses your data only as needed for hosting and maintenance.

This policy may be amended to follow changes in the storefront or in regulations. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
